Sunrise Flow
Following from Sunday's Slow Flow, integrating the week that was, Monday morning's Sunrise class is a waking up for the week to come. From stillness into movement, we will explore different facets of how our body is connected: our facia, our joints, our muscles, the rhythms of our breath. Gradually building, flowing movements work to bring our body into alignment, before balancing and then returning to the floor for final rest. Postures can be tailored to individual experience, mobility and energy levels. For those that may join for both the Sunday and Monday classes, themes will be woven together, connected through the sleep in-between.
